What You Need:1 tbsp ghee (or oil of choice)1/2 Cup Cashew Cheesy Sauce - Original or Chipotle1 medium head of cauliflower or 1 12oz bag of frozen cauliflower riceOptional Toppings: Chives, Green Onions, Hot Sauce, more Cashew Cheesy Sauce Directions:Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until a rice consistency. Add ghee to a skillet and when warm, add cauliflower. Cook cauliflower until softened and add Cashew Cheesy Sauce. Mix until incorporated and serve.
